Return & Exchange Policy
At Almulhem Sanitary Wares, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that all purchases meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following policy:
1. Returns & Exchanges:
• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Installed or used items
• Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
3. Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Delivery and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or repair.
